Pet guests are welcome to check-in/out anytime during our lobby hours. Please note that our lobby is closed on major holidays.
Cottonwood Pet Resort has pet care staff working behind the scenes when the lobby is closed. However, these staff members are responsible for pet care only and not authorized to check-in or check-out pet guests.
When you and your pet arrive, all dogs entering the resort must be on a leash and under your control. Please, no flexi-leads.
Rates & Additional Charges
All charges are on a per pet basis. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Any unscheduled after hour pet pick-up or drop-off will result in a service charge plus all other applicable charges.
For the protection of your pet, proof of immunizations records must be presented at check-in. The following vaccinations must be current. Records may be obtained from your veterinarian.
Dogs: Bordetella (Canine Cough) Rabies, Distemper, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.
Cats: Rabies and Distemper.
DayCare works best with those dogs who play nice with others and enjoy the company of other dogs.
All guests who join DayCare groups must fill out the DayCare Application/Owner Agreement. The form is available at our website or in our lobby. We will ask you a variety of questions about your pet’s activity level, exposure to other dogs and interactive style with unfamiliar people and dogs. Your dog will be introduced to a small group for an evaluation. If all goes well he/she will be able to stay and play with us any time. Guests will be grouped together according to size, breed and temperament under supervised care.
Your dog must be spayed/neutered if over 6 months.
If you are registering for our daycare service, please download and complete the daycare contract to bring with you when dropping your pet off.
